Have you had one or more medically uncomplicated pregnancies?
Are you healthy, and height/weight appropriate? (31 BMI or less)
Are you a non-smoker, drug free, and alcohol free?
Have you never been convicted of a felony?
Do you have reliable transportation and live in Iowa?
